My SUV was embarrassingly dirty. I received a free wash so I decided to give it a try. Very clean. No steaks no water spots. I'm truly impressed! I really appreciate the vacuum & mat wash area. I will definitely be back.

A huge thank you to Luis and the whole Cloud 10 Carwash team in Wilkes-Barre for donating supplies to help Madison Chacko and I with our car wash fundraiser this Saturday at Chacko’s Bowling Alley! ❤️ We’re raising money for Penn State THON to help children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Their generous donation helps us keep our costs down so that 100% of the proceeds we raise can go directly to THON and the families we’re supporting. 💙🤍 We truly appreciate Luis and the entire Cloud 10 team for supporting us, our community, and such an important cause. Thank you so much! 🙏❤️

Ok thing that has always bugged me about it car wash is you do NOT have free vacuums it's plastered on you building but you can't use the vacuums with out getting a car wash. It would be fine if you took off the free vacuums signage from your building your it in my view you misleading the public.

Great staff. I arrived at pay kiosk and couldn't reach the screen and before I could get out of car the attendant was there to help. Car wash is excellent quality and the DIY additions in the parking lot are v g features. Used the rug beater, the mat wash, vacuums, and the clean wipe down cloths.

Left my car dirty on multiple occasions. This last wash was the worst one still dirt/soap all over the side of the car. Will avoid using but maybe they can adjust something so the side of cars can get completely cleaned and rinsed. For how much it costs to go through the wash I would expect more.
